Schools and FE Colleges can book exam access arrangements assessments for students undertaking GCSE and A-Level exams.  

 

​​Part 1 of Form 8 must be completed prior to the assessment. The SENCo must detail the candidate’s current difficulties in the classroom, internal tests and/or mock examinations and their normal way of working. The statements within Part 1 of Form 8 must be addressed prior to the assessment.

A ‘skeleton’ Part 1 of Form 8 being completed prior to the assessment is no longer acceptable.
