At the heart of my work is an unwavering commitment to empower every learner to unlock their potential.

With over three decades of experience in state and independent education, I support children, young people, and adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). My journey spans primary, secondary, and specialist settings, giving me a deep understanding of the unique challenges learners face, and the real-world strategies that resolve them.

Award-Winning Leadership

As a former Deputy Headteacher and SENDCo, I transformed a large mainstream SEND department so effectively that it was awarded the national Independent Schools' Association (ISA) Award for Outstanding Learning Support. This work cemented my belief that innovative, high-quality support changes lives.

Expert Diagnostic Assessments

Holding an Assessment Practising Certificate (APC) and a Level 7 DipSpLD, I deliver comprehensive educational, diagnostic, and workplace needs assessments. Every assessment is structured to provide clear, realistic pathways that restore personal confidence and clear away barriers to learning.

National Training & Development

Beyond direct client work, I train educators internationally. My expertise in progressive and inclusive assessment practices led to a national commission by CEM (now Cambridge Insight) to build teacher and exam board resources across five KS4 and KS5 subjects.
