About Me

At the heart of my work is an unwavering commitment to empower every learner to unlock their potential.

With over three decades of experience in education, I have dedicated my career to supporting children, young people, and adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). My journey has taken me across primary, secondary, and specialist education, within both state and independent schools, giving me a deep and broad understanding of the challenges learners face and the strategies that truly make a difference.

As a Deputy Headteacher and SENDCo, I successfully led a large specialist SEND department within a mainstream school, transforming its provision so effectively that it was recognised nationally with the Independent School’s Association (ISA) Award for Outstanding Learning Support. This experience cemented my belief in the power of inclusive practice and innovative, high-quality support, in unlocking potential and changing lives.

Holding an Assessment Practising Certificate (APC), I provide a wide range of educational, diagnostic, and workplace needs assessments. These are tailored to ensure individuals receive clear, practical recommendations that build confidence and remove barriers to learning, helping individuals to thrive academically, in the workplace and personally.

Alongside direct work with students and families, I am an experienced training provider for teachers, including through the ISA. I am passionate about equipping educators with the strategies and tools they need to create classrooms where every learner can flourish.

My expertise has also been recognized nationally, with CEM (now Cambridge Insight) who commissioned me to develop resources for teachers and exam boards across five KS4 and KS5 subjects, focusing on progressive and inclusive assessment practices.

Whether through assessment, guidance, or training, I aim to create practical solutions that make a lasting difference for individuals, families, and schools alike.

I look forward to making a difference for you.
